DJ Rufio takes the stage at Scarlets Saloon located inside of Folsom’s Powerhouse Pub. His video mixing residency, along with the local cover band of the night and a secondary dj entertaining the hookah and cigar cabana has brought a capacity crowd every Saturday night.
